Guinness World Record of most students assembling radio kits simultaneously

Nov 7 (PTI) A Guinness World Recordof most students assembling radio kitssimultaneously was created on the thirdday of India International Science Festival.

A spokesman of the organising committee of the IISF said while 490students participated in the event, a record 268 succeeded in completing the assembling process in the stipulated hours.
The students all from the city and districts accomplished the feat in two hours at an event in Science City Expo, he said.

A representative of the Guinness World Records presented a certificate and memento to Union Minister of Science and Technology Harsh Vardhan who took it on behalf of the students.

The minister congratulated 'young scientific minds" and said he is proud of them Sandeep Kothari, a student who was among the 490 participants but could not himself assemble the kit in stipulated time said: "despite not being among the 268 friends of mine, I picked up a lot from today's session."
On the first day of the IISF over1,598 students had created a GuinnessWorld Record for the Largest astrophysics lesson and assembly of spectroscopes here. - PTI

இந்திய சர்வதேச அறிவியல் திருவிழாவின் (ஐஐஎஸ்எப்) மூன்றாவது நாளன்று பெருந்திரளான மாணவர்கள் ஒரே நேரத்தில் ரேடியோ கிட்களை ஒன்றிணைத்து கின்னஸ் உலக சாதனை படைத்தனர்.

490 மாணவர்கள் கலந்துகொண்ட இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் குறிப்பிட்ட கால அவகாசத்துக்குள் வானொலிகிட்டை ஒன்றிணைப்பதில் 268 மாணவர்கள் வெற்றி கண்டனர் என்று நிகழ்ச்சி ஒருங்கிணைப்புக் குழுவைச் சேர்ந்த செய்தித் தொடர்பாளர் தெரிவித்தார். கொல்கத்தா மற்றும் அதன் சுற்றுபுற மாவட்டங்களில் இருந்து அறிவியல் நகரத்தின் கண்காட்சியில் பங்கேற்ற மாணவர்கள் அனைவரும் இரண்டு மணிநேரத்துக்குள் இதனைச் செய்துமுடித்தனர் என்றும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

சான்றிதழ் மற்றும் பரிசை கின்னஸ் உலக சாதனையின் பிரதிநிதி வழங்க மாணவர்களின் சார்பாக அதனை மத்திய அறிவியல் மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்ப அமைச்சர் ஹர்ஷ் வர்தன் பெற்றுக் கொண்டார்.

‘இளம் அறிவியல் மனங்களை’ அமைச்சர் வாழ்த்தினார். அவர்களுக்கு குறித்துத் தான் பெருமிதம் கொள்வதாகத் தெரிவித்தார்.
நிகழ்ச்சியில் பங்கேற்ற 490 மாணவர்களில் ஒருவரான சந்தீப்கோத்தார் குறிப்பிட்ட நேரத்துக்குள் வெற்றிகரமாக கிட்டை ஒன்றிணைக்க முடியாமல் போனது. அவர் இது குறித்துத் தெரிவிக்கையில், “வெற்றிபெற்ற 268 மாணவர்களில் ஒருவராக என்னால் வர முடியவில்லை என்றாலும் இன்றைய நிகழ்வில் நிறைய கற்றுக் கொண்டேன்” என்றார்.

ஐஐஎஸ்எப்-ன் முதல் நாளன்று 1, 598 மாணவர்கள் மிகப்பெரிய வானியற்பியல் பாடம் மற்றும் ஒளிக்கதிர் ஆய்வுக் கருவி ஒன்றிணைப்பின் மூலம் கின்னஸ் உலக சாதனை படைத்தனர்.- பிடிஐ.
