Tenali avenges Rajaguru
When Raj Guru visited Tenali village he promised Raman to introduce him to the king and to get a place in the royal court, but he totally dismissed this and neglected his promise after returning to Vijayanagar. After waiting for a longtime, Tenali Raman was disappointed and gained entry into the court by himself.
Tenali Raman was determined to avenge the Rajguru’s act of betrayal. So he teamed up with Raj guru’s servant and discovered that Rajguru occasionally goes for hunting which was prohibited in Vijayanagar. Next time, when Rajguru left for jungle, Tenali Raman followed him and caught the Rajguru red handed and agreed to keep his mouth shut on a condition. Tenali Raman asked the Rajguru to allow him sit over his shoulders and give him a ride through entire Vijayanagar kingdom. Rajguru did what Tenali Raman demanded.
When Rajguru and Tenali Raman were passing by royal palace, King Krishnadev Raya noticed this unusual duo. As soon as the King realized that one person is causing intense trouble to another person, he got infuriated and ordered his guards to drag the person taking ride over another being’s shoulders to royal court. On the other hand, Tenali Raman sensed something is wrong, so he jumped off the Rajguru’s shoulders and requested Rajguru to climb his shoulder instead. Rajguru happily did what Tenali Raman asked for. Sooner, the royal guards arrived the scene.
They pulled Rajguru down and dragged him to royal court. Krishnadev Raya angrily instructed Rajguru to apologize to Tenali Raman. Rajguru understood that all this has been orchestrated by Tenali Raman, but afraid of getting his secret revealed, he preferred to remain silent.

ராஜகுருவும் தெனாலியும் அரச அரண்மனையைக் கடந்து செல்லும் போது, மன்னர் கிருஷ்ண தேவராயர் இந்த அசாதாரண ஜோடியைக் கவனித்தார். ஒரு நபர் மற்றொரு நபருக்கு கடுமையான தொல்லைகளை ஏற்படுத்துவதை மன்னர் உணர்ந்தவுடன், அவர் கோபமடைந்து, மற்றொரு நபரின் தோள்களில் சவாரி செய்யும் நபரை அரச நீதிமன்றத்திற்கு இழுத்துச் செல்லும்படி தனது காவலர்களுக்கு உத்தரவிட்டார்.
மறுபுறம், ஏதோ தவறு இருப்பதாக தெனாலி உணர்ந்தார். அதனால் அவர் ராஜகுருவின் தோள்களில் இருந்து குதித்து இறங்கினார். அதற்கு பதிலாக ராஜகுரு தனது தோளில் ஏறும்படி கேட்டுக் கொண்டார். தெனாலி ராமன் கேட்டுக் கொண்டதை ராஜகுரு மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் செய்தார். விரைவில், அரச காவலர்கள் சம்பவ இடத்திற்கு வந்தனர்.
அவர்கள் ராஜகுருவை பிடித்து அரசவைக்கு இழுத்துச் சென்றனர். தெனாலியிடம் மன்னிப்பு கேட்குமாறு கிருஷ்ண தேவராயர் கோபத்துடன் ராஜகுருவுக்கு கட்டளையிட்டார். இதெல்லாம் தெனாலியால் திட்டமிட்டு அரங்கேற்றப்பட்டவை என்பதை ராஜகுரு புரிந்துகொண்டார். ஆனால், தனது ரகசியம் வெளிப்படும் என்று பயந்து அமைதியாக இருந்துவிட்டார்.
