Tenali Raman was nowhere to be seen!?
When the Jatadhari sanyasi said that Lord Shiva himself has sent him to remove King Krishnadev Raya’s problems, King got surprised. The Jatadhari sanyasi pointed his finger towards a minister and said that God has kept that idol in this minister's house. Saying this the sanyasi left from there.
The minister was trembling with fear after listening to the sanyasi. It happened in his mind that how this sanyasi would have come to know about the idol after all. Now he had to admit to the king that during the excavation he had found the gold idol.
Seeing all this, Maharaj looked in the court and looked for Tenali Raman. But Tenali Raman was nowhere to be seen. Then after some time Tenali Raman came to the court. On seeing him, everyone started laughing out loud. Then a person said that good! So this was the jatadhari sannyasi. You took off your hair and clothes, but forgot to take off the garland of rudraksha.
Seeing everyone laughing, Maharaj also started smiling and praising Tenali Raman and handed over the responsibility of getting the temple work done on his shoulders.
தெனாலி ராமன் எங்கேயும் காணவில்லையே!?
மன்னர் கிருஷ்ணதேவ ராயரின் பிரச்சினைகளை தீர்த்துவைக்கவே தன்னை சிவபெருமான் அனுப்பி வைத்திருப்பதாக ஜடாமுடி சன்யாசி கூறியதை கேட்டு மன்னர் ஆச்சரியப்பட்டார். நிஜமாகவே சிவபெருமான்தான் ஜடாமுடி சன்யாசியை அனுப்பி வைத்தாரா என்று கேள்வி எழுப்பினார். அதற்கு ஜடாமுடி துறவி, "ஆம், சிவபெருமானேதான் என்னை உங்களிடம் அனுப்பி வைத்தார் மாமன்னா. மேலும் சிவபெருமான் உங்களுக்காக தனது தங்க சிலை ஒன்றையும் அனுப்பி வைத்துள்ளார்” என்று பதிலளித்தார். ஜடாமுடி சன்யாசி ஒரு மந்திரியை நோக்கி விரலைக் காட்டி, இந்த மந்திரி வீட்டில் ஒரு சிலையை ஆண்டவர் வைத்திருக்கிறார் என்று கூறினார். இதைச் சொல்லிவிட்டு சன்யாசி அங்கிருந்து புறப்பட்டார்.
சன்னியாசி சொன்னதைக் கேட்டு பயந்து நடுங்கிக் கொண்டிருந்தார் அமைச்சர். இந்த ஜடாமுடி சாமியாருக்கு எப்படி அந்த சிலை பற்றி தெரிந்திருக்கும் என்று அவர் மனதில் தோன்றியது. அகழ்வாராய்ச்சியின் போது தான் தங்க சிலையைக் கண்டுபிடித்ததை இப்போது அவர் ராஜாவிடம் ஒப்புக் கொள்ள வேண்டியிருந்தது. இதையெல்லாம் பார்த்த மன்னர், அரசவையில் தெனாலி ராமனை தேடினார். ஆனால், எங்கும் காணவில்லை. சிறிது நேரம் கழித்து தெனாலி ராமன் அரசவைக்கு வந்தார். அவரை பார்த்ததும் அனைவரும் வாய்விட்டுச் சிரிக்க ஆரம்பித்தனர். அப்போது ஒருவர் "நல்லது! எனவே இவர்தான் ஜடாமுடி சன்னியாசி அப்படித்தானே! உங்கள் தலைமுடி மற்றும் ஆடைகளை கழற்றிவிட்டீர்கள், ஆனால், ருத்ராட்ச மாலையை கழற்ற மறந்துவிட்டீர்களே” என்றார். அனைவரும் சிரிப்பதைக் கண்டு, மன்னர் கிருஷ்ணதேவ ராயரும் சிரித்துக்கொண்டே தெனாலி ராமனைப் பாராட்டினார். கோயில் வேலைகளைச் செய்யும் பொறுப்பையும் தெனாலி ராமனிடம் ஒப்படைத்தார்.
