l Superlative degree யில் adjective ற்கு முன்னால் not இருக்கும்.
l Positive degree க்கு மாற்றும் போது not ற்கு அடுத்து positive degree adjective ஐ எழுதிய பிறகு some other சேர்க்க வேண்டும்.
l Comparative degree க்கு மாற்றும் போது not ற்கு அடுத்து comparative degree adjective ஐ எழுதிய பிறகு, some other சேர்க்க வேண்டும்.
(அல்லது) some other ஐ வாக்கியத்தின் முதலிலேயே எழுதி, முதலில் வந்த subject ஐ than ற்கு அடுத்து எழுத வேண்டும்.
